A wide range of services are offered by the national ICMA Member Associations. The qualification of professional crisis management personal is guaranteed through expert seminars, education and training programs, through links with training organisations. Many of those measures conclude with certificates of high recognition. Mostly specific libraries on crisis management or literature services are available.
The exchange of crisis management experience on symposia, conferences and industry-specific meetings enable a constructive atmosphere to expand knowledge and techniques in the related fields of crisis management.
The Member Associations own and corporate publications are delivered with regional, national and transnational radius. They contain papers and articles on the latest developments in crisis management techniques and deliver information on crisis management software and events.
