ABSTRACT
An organization's strategy is critical in determining whether it will turn out normal again when facing a crisis. A correct strategy can get an organization out of trouble, take it as a turning point of opportunity, and make it more robust and prominent. On the other hand, a wrongful strategy might lead an organization into a deadly battleground and leave the organization without any chance to survive. Yet, how to constitute a crisis-handling strategy is a systematic approach via the organization's crisis management mechanism. It takes gathering all information, evaluating every possible solution, and getting hold of real-time executing performance.
