ABSTRACT

  Safety is always the priority for an air carrier to continue growing business or remaining sustainable. This paper used Case Study method to analyze an emergency responding process during a commercial flight. The result reflected on the criticality of following Standard Operational Procedures to support the collective aviation decision-making (ADM) process. Situational Awareness (SA) and Crew Resource Management (CRM) as well as routine flight safety training that could recursively shape the safety culture of a company.
