Crisis Detection (RD) is an early warning mechanism. Due to the daily tedious affairs, the staffs can easily ignore lots or sign of crisis. More often, even the crisis has been detected, the staffs cannot have appropriate reaction to solve the crisis at the first beginning.

　　The main function of crisis detection for an organization is to detect all the crises, and, after all, a well trained crisis manager and instructor should familiar with all those tools to avoid or reduce the risk of undetectable or careless ignored crisis, as a result, to protect organization from further damage, either in properties or organizational image. Therefore, crisis detection is an important subject which should be introduced into the education and training of senior managers, allowing them to have an understanding of the overall picture of crisis management.
