The purpose of this research is to understand adolescents’ deviant behavior based on the perspective of Social Control. A literature review and 90 participants’ lived experiences or actual stories were conducted in outlining the key factors of deviant behavior used by the setting of senior high school students in Taiwan.
By implementing a phenomenological research and 90 participants' lived experiences encounters through a series of content analysis coded, the essence, 4 theoretical factors and 22 indexes of deviant behavior were presented. The classified critical six events of these indexes were Parent-child emotion(19.1%),Emotional management(12.2%),Grand-parenting (10.4%),Environmental values(7.9%)、Parents educational backgrounds (7.1%) and Personality(6.5%), respectively.
