ABSTRACT

Recently, it is very important subject to provide a proper computer-aided software system; but, once the failed software could easier lead to the erroneous performance or inappropriate operation. Thus any undesirable hazard would have been reduced to the acceptable levels, particularly with respect to critical activities such as risk assessment and management. In this practical study, CalHealth Finger Blood Pressure Monitor, with an unique medical software not only can provide an efficient and accurate measurement for blood pressure but it also has the functions to connect the PC by using USB cable. Especially, the device also can be used as a computer mouse which is compatible with computer systems for Microsoft Windows. For the medical statistic and analytic reference, the measured results could be also integrated to the “Picture Archiving and Communication System” to present more perfect diagnostic quality. And all of the software risks of this device had implemented the necessary control by the international certificates.
